The PC4-690 flasher has a clear blade with reflective plaid on the top.  It ranks high in catching trout and kokanee.  It is an four inch flasher with a diagonal kicker fin on the rear of the back.  This gives it an erratic kicking and spinning action which attracts trout, kokanee and other species.  It is equipped with the electronic EChip and Pro-Troll's unmatched Super Spin stainless swivels on both ends.
