This flasher is a green 12 hour glow blade with green paint and black spots on top and silver embossed tape on the back.  The 11 inch HotChip flashers are fish catching leaders in the different types of flashers.  They are probably used in more applications that any other flasher series.  They are a trolling device that attract salmon with vibration from their kicking and spinning action. The Green Splatter Glow flasher is another big producer.  The green center with black splatters on the 12 Hour glow blade seems to be very attractive to salmon.  Fish it deep or fish it shallow.  The #188 Splatter Glow and the #191 Coyote Glow are similar in appearance and function.  Both are good. You will not miss with one of these in your tackle box.
